Mexican Polo Bun!

After the tasting event at the office, I went back to my aunt’s place to fetch my 4 month old son. She’s the nanny from now on. The moment when I got out of my car in front of her house immediate a familar smell hit my senses. COFFEE!
To my astonishment on the round marble table there they are. Freeshly baked and out of the oven, them Mexican Polo Buns….
yup...she used it to make the flavour for the topping
Perfect…with a cup of coffee and polo buns with coffee toppings. This is the life…and for the record, I only had 2….as tasty as they were, I got sort of shy to go for more…when she’s looking that is!
